Several large trash bags

2 bottles hydrogen peroxide
1 gallon distilled water
Full tank of gas in your car
Birth kit (order from midwife)

Distilled water and lemons (for midwife)

OPTIONAL ITEMS;
Extra pillows
Camera and film
Heating pad

All clothes, blankets and linens should be washed then rinsed twice, dried
in a hot dryer for 10 extra minutes after dried, and immediately stored in
clean plastic bags that a taped shut. With contents marked on the outside.
You will have one bag labeled “baby’ and another “mom”.

WEEK OF PREGNANCY.
